Personal data when using Swedish Customs' services
Swedish Customs offer online services to enable the electronic exchange of information.
Why Swedish Customs processes your data
Personal data is processed to ensure secure and authorised access to the Swedish Customs' online services and, where applicable, common EU systems. The data is used for authentication and access control.
Who will receive the personal data?
In Swedish Customs' online services, you as a user share your personal data with the companies' account managers. If you are an account manager, a message with your email address will also be sent to the users you create.
Legal basis and purpose
The processing is necessary to carry out a task in the public interest.
Deletion
The data is automatically deleted at the latest six years after the end of the calendar year in which the data was first processed in the database. Deletion is regulated in the Act (2001:185) on the processing of data in the activities of Swedish Customs, Chapter 2, Section 10.
